MY GEAR SHIFT STICKS. CAN'T GET IT INTO GEAR TO BACK UP. SOMETIMES IT TAKES TIME TO GET IT TO GO IN GEAR. I HAVE TO SIT AND PLAY WITH THE GEAR SHIFT TO MOVE. IF I'M IN A HURRY I HAVE TO SIT AND PLAY WITH IT, THEN I'M LATE. I HOPE SOMEONE CAN TELL ME SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.
