My 2018 Cadillac cts 4 door sedan has only 39,000 miles garage kept well maintained and now the screen has a web like reflection in the corners of the screen they told me the cue system is going out and will be around $1,700 to replace so now my dash screen won’t respond to touch so I can’t turn on the air, the radio the heat, and now winter is here! I did hear there is a class action lawsuit they’re trying to get going but hard telling how long that will take maybe even years so I guess it looks like I’m stuck paying them $2000 to repair my screen on a car with only 39,000 miles . What a big disappointment I have for Cadillac and I’ve been getting Cadillacs since 2008 so I guess this is the last time I’ll ever spend my money there. I’ll go to a more reliable dealer and a different model.
