The contact owns a 2014 Cadillac Cts coupe (N/a). The contact stated that the vehicle did not come equipped with lighting for the shift console and the contact believed it was a safety issue since it did not allow the operator of the vehicle to see the gears when shifting. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the manufacturer was made aware of the failure, who stated that the vehicle was performing to standards. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileage was 350.
