This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have an intermittent no crank, no start, and or an intermittent Service Engine Soon lamp illuminated. Technician should inspect the round connector at the transmission control module for possible High Speed LAN wire or wires that may be pushed out of the back of the connector.
