Reported noise to dealer before warranty was out, talked to them again today, refused to do anything again. Car is like new and well taken care of. These Dealers have become rip off artists!

I am in my 70's and I feel I am being taken advantage of. This vehicle (2011 CTS) has had this problem since day 1. I had it in today 04/03/13 and the GM rep said it was fixed. To my dismay as I pulled away from my office after picking up the car it was doing the same thing and then the steering wheel on its own turned off center.I have had 5 cadillacs over the years my 2009 still has a horrible howl in the rear end and it has done that since day 1.
