CADILLAC: INTERMITTENT MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP (MIL)/CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, REDUCED ENGINE POWER MESSAGE, DTCS P0116, P0117, P0118, P0119, P00C9, P0091 SET. THIS CONDITION MAY BE CAUSED BY CHAFING OF THE ENGINE WIRING AS THE HARNESS ROUTES OVER THE TRANSMISSION BELLHOUSING. *PE UPDATED 3/25/11. *PE
