The contact owns a 2010 Cadillac Cts. The contact received a recall notice for NHTSA campaign number: 14V394000 (ignition switch); however, the part needed for the repair was unavailable. The dealer did not know when the part would arrive. The manufacturer was notified. The contact had not experienced a failure.
