The contact owns a 2007 Cadillac Cts. The contact stated that he has a defective tie rod which broke while driving 10 to 15 mph. As the tie rod broke, his right front tire hit a parked vehicle. No one was injured. A police report if needed. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and repaired. The GM manufacture was call and stated the insurance company should paid for the failure and damages on the vehicle. The contact wants the manufacture to pay for his insurance premium. The normal maintenance was performed on the vehicle prior to the failure. The failure mileage was 15,000. Updated 04/16/10. Updated 09/16/10
