The contact owns a 2007 Cadillac Cts. The contact stated that the brake pedal traveled to the floorboard whenever the brake pedal was depressed. The contact had to continuously pump the brake pedal before it resumed normal operation. The vehicle was taken to the dealer multiple times, but the cause of the failure could not be diagnosed. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 87,000.
