The contact owns a 2006 Cadillac Cts. Upon accelerating from a red light, the vehicle could only accelerate to 15 mph. The contact inspected the vehicle and noticed that there was fluid emitting from the radiator. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence where an independent mechanic diagnosed that the fitting detached from the radiator. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 70,000.
