The contact owns a 2004 Cadillac Cts. The contact stated that while removing an object out of the trunk, the trunk closed on the contacts back independently. The failure recurred numerous times. The contact sustained injuries to her back but did not require medical attention. The vehicle was taken to a dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 2,000. Updated 04/29/16
