When favorite radio stations are saved in the radio, they appear and can be used as desired. However, after a couple of weeks the saved favorite stations will appear in a dim light profile, but cannot be used. In order to use the favorites, you must go back and re-save each favorite station, one at a time. A few weeks later, the same thing happens again! This problem and the navigation failure, may be connected. Yet several trips to Coulter Cadillac and the problem has not been fixed.
My 2018 Cadillac CTS V has been at Coulter Cadillac since December 30, 2019, and it remains sitting on their back parking lot waiting on Cadillac Corp assistance with this problem and with the navigation problems. It is very sad that Cadillac Corp does not get involved to truly fix a customer's problem with their Cadillac vehicle?
