Passenger airbag occupant sensor/module is faulty. After a while, the mat kinks, bends, or folds. Due to this it loses connection and triggers a "service airbag soon", disabling the airbag system until the problem is fixed. This is the same problem as in NHTSA recall #10V644000, but for some reason my car is not covered. It requires replacement with the same GM part number (19124390).
