43190 - Service Update. This update includes a service procedure to reprogram the Engine Control Module (ECM) on certain 2016 model year Cadillac CT6 vehicles equipped with a 3.0L Twin Turbo (RPO LGW) Engine. Affected vehicles may illuminate the MIL indicator and be found to have DTC P0234 set. The vehicle may not accelerate as quickly compared to before the MIL illuminated. The vehicle is still able to accelerate, but has lesser performance than the Twin Turbo provides. The engine continues to start, idle and function in all other respects normally.
