OK, first we bought the car with the certified preowned hundred thousand mile warranty from Montrose Hermitage PA. After we are told we are getting the Cadillac ATS we are told that someone else has purchased that one so they gave us this car, show it to my wife anyways, I want to walk out then unfortunately we needed a car when you drive the vehicle down the road out of nowhere. The backend starts whipping you back-and-forth until you either slam the brakes on to a complete stop or it spins you completely 360 around in circles, as if you were on the ice-skating rink.

It’s an all wheel drive vehicle actually completely wore the treads off of the rear tires to the point where they flattened before we could even get it home. I took it into the dealership two weeks after we got it and the guy tells me that I was out beating the car to sh*t. I looked at him like he was crazy because how can you possibly bald an all-wheel-drive vehicle just rear tires it’s almost impossible so they told us that they would not cover it so we took it from there and we brought it somewhere else they gave an alignment and put on another set of tires my wife was driving it about a week later and spun completely out of control going 35 miles an hour doing multiple 360s and almost striking a pedestrian walking on the sidewalk.

We brought the car back and the dealership I said this vehicle we don’t want it. He refused to take the car back. They refused to help us , I felt lost and disbelief so I finally got the guy to have the technician Work look at it. I actually went into the back myself and talked to the mechanic and the mechanic said pull it in now. I said thank you very much man, he found that control malfunction in the transmission. They changed the chip in the transmission, and it was fine for a couple years and then the shutters started.

We reported to the dealership no help again I found the bulletin brought it to their attention. They blew us off and now the car was not under warranty any longer. They said that we didn’t have the Preowned certified hundred thousand mile warranty even though they sold it to us twice during the sale of the vehicle unfortunately the transmission will no longer move and we paid the vehicle off and it sits as a paperweight. I mean yard weight and here we are, I will never buy another Cadillac in my life , they can all go to heck I’m I even talk to President of Cadillac and nobody would help us with this car. They just gave excuse after excuse after excuse trying to charge us for this and charges for that. If someone could give me some advice on what to do with the vehicle if maybe there’s a solenoid that may be not allowing the vehicle to engage in gear. It’s just acting like emergency break is on and won’t move. I’m hoping.
