Obviously these issues are very fucken frustrating. Some of things that really "grind my gears" about this issue is that GM is fucken aware of it. Of course they don't want to do a recall bcs then they would have to pay for it! On top of that it happened 6 months out of warranty. On top of that right before my warranty was set to expire I had to go in and have my weather stripping replace bcs it was scratching my tint, then when had that replaced they didn't not want to cover my tint. Although it was the warranty issue that cause the damages. When I had that done I spoke with the mechanic that was working on my car if there other know issue and he told about the CUE screen but that he couldn't do anything bcs it wasn't a recall and at that point my screen wasn't just frozen how it is now.
It would just push its own buttons pretty much do what it wanted to and when it wanted to. I have xm and it programed the same damn channel on every slot. Now this breaking point is bcs I just upgraded my phone and now I can't fucken pair it bcs it doesn't let me press the verify when the pass key comes out causing me to have no Bluetooth access. Listen to it one channel on XM and its stuck on the damn please accept terms page. No navigation option.
I'm just lucky that my fucken temp controls or on a separate part of the unit. I can't use hand free the wifi hot spot I purchased from on star. Its fucken bullshit. Overall I feel so upset still paying for my vehicle and now my tint is scratched again bcs the weather stripping is f*cked up again and they told me its out of warranty even if its the same issue that they did "replace already" and my fucken CUE is frozen, can access XM, can't program my new phone phone for music and to use my phone hands-free. I wish they would make it right. I'll even buy a new screen just dont charge me $400 for labor. Thanks for letting me vent. Lol.
