This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have the Steering Wheel Controls or Heated Steering Wheel inoperative. Technician will need to inspect for loose or missing 7.5A or 2A fuse in the instrument panel electrical center fuse block. Technician will need to verify proper fuse terminal tension and replace the fuse or fuse block terminal as necessary.
