Cue system screen frozen and unusable. No radio, a/c or heat. It's impossible to drive in Florida without a/c.
Update from Aug 18, 2021: Replaced CUE screen with new aftermarket screen. Original screen is flawed! Sealant used to laminate the screen together failed allowing moisture to enter. It appears that this is a issue in Hot and Humid areas. Cadillac will not accept fault therefore owner responsible for repair.
