I had the OnStar gps quit a while back. I sent the car to the dealer, had some service work done, and had them try to fix the OnStar system. They told me it was fixed, so I never checked it out. The other day, we went on a trip, had OnStar download some directions. They could not download me any directions. After multiple calls to onstar, multiple reboots and firmware checks. OnStar told me to take the car back to the dealer. I have made an appt. and will update this post asap.
