The contact owns a 2015 Buick Verano. The contact stated while her vehicle was parked, the key could not be removed from the ignition. The steering wheel was locked. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to todd wenzel Buick GMC of davison (1146 S state rd, davison, mi 48423, (810) 515-8778) where the cause of the failure could not be determined. The failure recurred. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 81,000.
