I called the complaint line and the person who answered... first of all I could not understand him because of such a heavy accent. He then proceeded to tell me I had to take my car to the dealership and have it diagnosed. He said my bumper to bumper had expired so I had to pay for the diagnostic test. He also informed me that there were no previous complaints on this cars about paint fading. I now understand why it is so difficult to complain because there are so many procedures we have to go through for complaints. The company wants to deter compaints.

Please - if you are having problems, take the time to complain, so they realize the are making cars that are defective cars and they need to be made accountable. I will also place this complaint in Facebook and other media, so people are aware that Buick is producing cars that consumers need to know have defective items. Bottom line they will not fix my car because they say the fading color was not a manufacturing defect and no complaints have been reported!!
