I leased this car new and when I pulled off the lot it had less than 500 mile. This car is fully loaded but is not the turbo. I noticed a slight shake even in the test drive but the roads were somewhat rural so attributed it to this and it was not persistent. However the longer I drove the car, the more I noticed it.
I took the car in an after having service they tested the car out, they admitted they felt the shake in the front end, which only occurred at acceleration from a stop and at low speeds under 40, always on acceleration, but couldn't find a problem. The solution: it was the adaptive transmission and would work itself out.
2,000 miles later it was worse and not better. I bring it back and after them having the car for days they say they can not feel it any more. Lies. It does it very time. I have had multiple people drive the car who all have felt it and say it is terrible. I meet with the service manager and drive the car for them and what do you know, I feel it, and so do the three people in the car, even those sitting in the back. Solution: we have no idea but agree it is bad, let us call GM - this leads to new front end axles.
I drive it off the lot, and actually things seem better after repair. Even steering is better, tighter, smother. And no shake. For a while. 3,000 miles later, it's back with a new problem as well. The steering wheel is literally sticking.
