Props to this lil pos engine because timing guides were all busted and messed cams up but it was still going down the road consuming tons of oil because of rear main seal. But for it being a sh*tty motor out sir is tough.

Verano 2.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 144,300 miles

With 144,300 miles and no other issues besides an O2 sensor at 19k miles, can't really be upset. A few weeks before the check engine light came on, I notice my MPG dropping and the car started to run a little rough at times. About a week before the engine light came on the car stalled once. Once the check engine light came on, the situation quickly got worse. Took it to our friendly neighborhood dealer and they removed and replaced the bad sensor in record time. Was expecting it to cost way more than the $150.00 to repair it, considering the part was $52.00 at the local parts store. Instantly, my MPG returned to normal and she runs like a new once again. Awesome vehicle!!
