I would request the NHTSA look into the extension of this recall to include at least [xxx] and possibly all 1995 model year B-body vehicles. Item had failed before the incident date but was first diagnosed on the incident date. Updated 0/12/2012 information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
