Wires on fuel pump within fuel tank showed signs of severe shortages which could have led to a fire. Dealer notifed. Part was available for analysis. Consumer stated even though the gas tank was full, the gas needle would drop to zero, consumer states the entire fuel sensor and pump was replaced.
