The contact owns a 2005 Buick Rendezvous. The contact stated that during heavy snow and/or an ice storm the snow and ice accumulated inside the windshield wiper motor. The accumulation caused the windshield wipers to become inoperable. The dealer stated that thiswas due to the design of the vehicle. The manufacturer stated that they will no longer investigate the failure. The current and failure mileage were 32,000.
