My wife's father gave this Buick Rendezvous to her in 2015 before he passed away. He kept it serviced well by the local dealer. I do not know if he had a problem with it or not, the dealer did not have a record of that problem. The ignition switch failed to restart the vehicle after it was parked. You could turn the switch and nothing would happen, every thing else was working, the radio, power windows, lights, ect,,,, but the engine would not turn over or even click. A few minutes later the engine started as normal, then I turned it off and tried to restart it again and nothing happens. The next day I went out to move the vehicle and it started with no problem.
