I was in a rear end accident, my front bumper came in contact with the vehicle in front of me - did not turn - direct head on. Accident was bad enough that the car cannot be driven. AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY! Repair shop Service manager called to confirm that he had the vehicle checked by airbag professional and he agreed that they are defective and should have deployed. He asked that I contact dealership to let them know what has happened - they didn't care and had no comment.

Body shop can fix it but told me he did not feel comfortable putting back in a vehicle that had such a bad problem.
