Grid lines disappear before I have car out of driveway.

Car was in three times with GM dealer the last time for a month. Dealer was switching out parts as per GM TECH. however when they changed the recommended part the car came up as a Cadillac. Initial download of software was incorrect. It took four attempts to get the car back to where it was the same as before I took it in. However the original problem is still there.

GM claim its because I did not allow all systems to "boot" before going into reverse. this is BS as I can sit in the car for 5 minutes with the engine running and then put the car in reverse and drive out of the garage as soon as the headlights go out the grid lines disappear. GM claim its working as designed... What a crappy design

Update from Jun 21, 2019: According to GM executive department. The reversing camera is optional I tried to tell them that it is mandatory on all vehicle sold in the us from May 2019 but she argued that i was wrong.. Clearly GM are not committed to the customers they serve I told the rep they didnt derserve to be in business.

New will i buy a gm product again.
