The dealer claims that it is due to driver usage, but I mostly drive highway and have not slam on the brakes as they claim are usually the cause. I never heard of all 4 wheels having hot spots this early in brake rotor's life. I think it is more defective workmanship.
Will see what the dealer's answer to my complaint about defective material is or will have to pay for the new rotors.
