The contact owns a 2000 Buick Regal. While driving at an unknown speed, there was a loud abnormal noise coming from the front passenger side of the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 150,000.

Severe rattle from front of vehicle at low speeds, 20-30 mph over washboard surfaces. Dealer replaced left front hub but still occurs. In regards to the A/C, groaning from A/C on and off while car is running. Dealer replaced compressor but still happens daily.
