The contact owns a 2000 Buick Regal. The failure mileage was 81000 and the current mileage was 86000. The vehicle headlights fail whenever using the highbeams. The contact stated that initially the highbeams turn off and the fog lights turn on, and now the highbeams work very sporadically. Speed is not a factor.
