The contact owns a 1999 Buick Regal. The contact noticed that the front end of the vehicle would move inconsistently with the rest of the vehicle. The failure occurred while driving at any speed. The dealer stated that the front sway bar failed and needed to be replaced. The contact has been waiting three months to have the vehicle repaired because the parts are on nationwide back order. The vehicle has not yet been repaired. The failure mileage was 98,700 and current mileage was 108,000.

Outer edge tire wear and feathering/cupping on three sets of tires. Dealer refuses to help beyond alignment, states "no problem found". aligned and balanced all wheels 6 time since new, car vibrates through seat and steering column at all speeds over 15mph, difficult to control vehicle.( dot number: )
