The contact owns a 1998 Buick Regal. When attempting to drive, the steering column locked without warning. This condition, would not allow the vehicle to be driven. The vehicle was taken to a local repair facility, and the rack and pinion was replaced. However, after the repair the failure resurfaced. The failure and current mileages were unavailable.
