While driving 55 mph, right rear tire came off, vehicle veered to left over median and into oncoming traffic, consumer was able to avoid a head-on collision, dealer determined that spindle of wheel had broken. Damage to vehicle was $ $10000. Consumer and passenger suffered minor injuries.
