I Bought A 2011 certified pre-owned Buick Lucerne CXL from a major dealer here in Canada with 60,335 KM on the clock in September 2016 from the day i picked up the car and went for a drive on the highway here the car started vibrating. when i reached 80 Km and above i took it back the next day the dealer changed the two rear tyres called me that the car is ready. i picked it up went for a drive on the highway as soon as i reached 80 Km the vibration started again. i took it back to the dealer this time they change all four tyres i drove it this time it was worse, any way to make a long story short i took this car back to the dealer five times for the same problems and the fault is still not fixed. General Motors was bailed out from going under by the American tax payer money they are also getting a massive tax break here in Canada for making cars here. I have always bought GM cars over the years and always BUICK for eg. Buick Park Avenue .Buick Regal, Buick Century and i am always proud to be seem in a Buick I sang their prayes all the time. I spent 12 years in the army and i drove GM vehicles in europe and i have never had a complaint regarding Buick cars, now that i am retired i decided to spend my last few year driving a Buick Lucerne and at this age i bought a a car that is going to kill me when enemies count,nt.,Because i do not feel safe driving this car. my wife do not want to travel in this death trap she now takes the bus or ask a friend to take her.I keep a record of the safty problems with the car and i also let her know should crash and die or ingered badly in this car she will have the lnformation at hand to take appropriate action. I will continue to take the car back to 4he dealer but so far i am not impressed with them.Should any of the higher-up,s in the multi-billion dollars car company as General Motors manage to see this complaints form a soldiers almost gave his life so that they can have their freedomand the standard of living they are having now and they have any compassion or empathy do something about this car that you have manufactured. i am an old man dont tet me go to my grave with this campany because of one of your car that you produce which in my opinion turned out to be a drunk i have always been proud to be seen driving a GM car especially the BUICK and noww i feel so ashamed.....I am disapointed in general motors......
