Bought a 2009 Lucerne about November 20,2018. Vehicle has only 17,000 miles on it. When I test drove it I noticed that the right rear door lock did not work. Dealer agreed to replace the actuator before I bought it. The lock now works fine. December 21,2018 I had to replace the actuator on the left rear door at a cost of $335. The service advisor told me it's not unusual to have both sides go out within a short time of each other. The dealership was good to work with. I give them high marks, but these parts should not be failing so much. I hope I don't have to keep replacing them. With such low mileage the vehicle has not had much use and certainly was not abused!
