Usually happens when it's 30 degrees or below but will happen anytime. While driving the engine shuts of, no brakes, no power steering, with out warning gives the message: STARTING DISABLED, SERVICE THROTTLE, ENGINE POWER REDUCED. after setting for 3 to 5 minutes it will restart. Very dangerous happens without warning just shuts down
