Frustrated because dealer said struts were serviceable. 8 weeks later, ANOTHER $2K for struts! Rack and Pinion went out also, as per usual.

Lucerne CXS V8

Dealer wanted over $4000 to change struts and rear shocks. Struts on these cars definitely have a problem, 44000 miles since last set was changed.

This car has serious suspension problems! Rack and Pinon and Struts broken at the same time on a car that is only six years old with low mileage! Discovered it in Oct 13' but don't know how long it was like that. Brought car in for brakes and was told that my Rack and Pinion was shot and my struts. Terrible car. Terrible. Don't buy a Buick.
