2006 Buick Lucerne. Consumer states starter motor will at various times stay engaged and unhealthy levels of an electric magnetic field inside the passenger compartment the consumer discovered a Cadillac chassis was used to route electrical wires to the rear seat which caused elevated magnetic fields.
