While driving at 55 mph heard a noise, and then the right side headlight flipped over onto the hood, and then it broke loose and went in a ditch, consumer took vehicle to dealer, and had headlight repaired. This could be considered unsafe because the wieght of that light could have struck someone or something, causing a fatal accident.
