The contact owns a 2000 buik lasabre. While driving 20 mph a noise was heard coming from the rear of the vehicle. She noticed that the rear window was down. The window would not close. The dealer replaced the regulator. After the repair all 4 windows had malfunctioned. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer who advised that the regulator needed to be replaced. The current mileage was 53,000. The failure mileage was 20,000.
