what you have to do to get heat from the passenger side is flip down the glove box and there is a blender motor behind there.. it has a rod and it is attached to 2 white ends.. if you want heat you have to unplug the motor and move the arm as far right as possible.. if u want cold you have to move it to the left as far as possible... or you can go and pay to have it fixed.. i had the same problem and that is/was my solution.. i have both very good heat and very cold a/c..
