This Preliminary information communicates that a vehicle may come to the dealer with a complaint of a no start or a stall condition. The dealer technician is directed to inspect for the ground cable to G103 either not properly installed or loose. The technician is directed to install the cable to G103 located on the left frame rail or to properly torque the cable if it is already installed.Â
