The contact owns a 2014 Buick Lacrosse. The contact stated that the speedometer gauge kept flashing on and off. The vehicle was taken to bergstrom Buick GMC Cadillac of green bay (301 N taylor St, green bay, wi, (920) 522-4149) and a software update was performed; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was contacted and provided case number: 8-4524536876. The manufacturer promised to call the contact back in a week. The failure mileage was 73,000.
