Phone system will receive incoming calls, but will not make outgoing calls, will not display phonebook. cell phone operator has to use their own cell phone to return any calls. Phone is a Samsung galaxy 4 and has been checked and is operating properly and has no needed updates. Phone system was checked by Buick dealership. Dealer tech, acknowledged problem and actually got problem corrected, admitted he did not what he did to fix it. It worked for 2 days and failed again. Dealership then said they would have to take the whole system out of car to check it out. We said not at this time, we have lived with the problem ever since even though it is a hassle. My main question is, has anyone else had this problem, if so what was done to correct it..
