New car, three months old air-conditioning fan problems at slightly <4000 mi. Was on vacation 1400 mi from home at the time of problem. Fan vibrated loudly and ceased putting out air. Dealer said the bearings were bad and would need to order a part covered by warranty. Air began to work perfectly fine again the next day. Second problem with this car as the airbag sensor on the passenger side failed at just 900 miles (also under warranty). This is an excellent car, very comfortable, nice interior with no hard plastics only leather and nice soft touch surfaces. GM has come a long way in overall quality and the car is still a very nice addition to the household yet it seems they still have a few kinks to work out. Consider the ford taurus as a alternative when shopping for nice large vehicles, the overall quality seemed just as nice inside, but ford has been putting out some great reliable vehicles worth consideration.
