The contact owns a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. While the vehicle was parked, the contact noticed that the windshield had a small crack that was expanding. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 30,000. Causes of failure : body flex as told to me from auto shops. Auto glass shops. Defect from factory / General Motors. Updated 04/26/16 updated 05/23/18

The contact owns a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. The contact stated that a rock struck the front windshield on the passenger side while driving 70 mph. The windshield fractured into several small pieces and the contact stated the windshield was made out of plain glass. The insurance company replaced the windshield nd the manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 14,000.
