The contact owns a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. The contact stated that while driving and lowering the rear power windows, the vehicle exhibited an unusually loud noise. The contact mentioned that the noise was so loud that it nearly burst his ear drums. The vehicle was taken to the dealer yet they were unable to diagnose the failure. The dealer advised the contact not to lower the windows. The manufacturer was contacted and they did not have any complaints in regards to the specific failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileage was 3,400. Updated 2/23/11 updated 02/28/11
