The contact owns a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. While the vehicle was parked or in motion, all of the windows frosted over. No warning lights illuminated. The failure occurred monthly. The contact owns a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. The contact stated that while driving 30 mph, the rear defroster malfunctioned. The failure occurred three times and affected the contact's vision while driving. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer each time the defroster failed and repaired under tsb #pic5308C. The failure continued. The failure mileage was 5,600.
